DESCRIPTION:Save the date for the GAL Committee and PRESA’s Annual Seminar “PARENT VS. PAL: HOW PARENTS’ TREATMENT OF EACH OTHER AND CHILDREN CAN AFFECT THE CHILDREN’S MENTAL\, MORAL\, EMOTIONAL OR PHYSICAL HEALTH.” The seminar will be held from 12:00p.m. until 4:00p.m. on Tuesday\, April 30th in the Side Room of the Side Bar Cafe. Please RSVP with WCBA as soon as possible since lunch will be served and space is limited. \nSpeakers to include Robert Shapiro\, Diana Wybourn (J.D. and PRESA\, LLC.)\, Lynn Alleruzzo (LCPC and visitation supervisor) We will focus on 750 ILCS 5/603.10 restriction of parenting time\, relevant factors\, updated case law\, perspectives of a counselor and supervisors and Supreme Court Rule 215 examinations pertaining to the safety of children. \nIf you would like to receive 3.75 hours of MCLE credit for attending please RSVP to Courtney.Hendersonlaw@gmail.com. You must be a WCBA member in order to receive MCLE credit.
