ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

REAL ESTATE PARALEGAL
Castle Law, the largest real estate law firm in Illinois by transaction volume, is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to support our attorneys and clients in residential and investor real estate transactions.
Our practice works closely with real estate agents, lenders, investors, and title companies to move transactions efficiently from contract to closing. We are looking for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple files in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Open and manage real estate transaction files from contract through closing
- Review purchase contracts and track important deadlines
- Coordinate with realtors, lenders, title companies, and clients throughout the transaction
- Order title, payoffs, surveys, and other required closing documents
- Prepare closing documents and assist with settlement statements
- Identify and help resolve title or closing issues prior to closing
- Maintain organized digital files and case management records
- Communicate regularly with buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders regarding transaction status
Qualifications
- Paralegal or real estate transaction experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal or title software systems
