About The Civil Litigation Committee
The Civil Litigation Committee is dedicated to providing the Will County Bar with recent updates in statutes or case law that effect civil procedure, frequently litigated issues, or trial practice. We also provide a monthly forum for people to discuss cases they find of particular importance or value, get to know their fellow Will County Litigators, and share legal theories or litigation strategies while receiving feedback from other seasoned practitioners. We also work with the Will County Bar to put on a CLE seminar once a year to help local litigators get both their required CLE hours and great practice pointers and tips at the same time.
The Civil Litigation Committee meets on the fourth Tuesday of every month at 4:00 p.m.
