About Law Practice Management Committee
The Law Practice Management Committee (“LPM”) will bring lawyers together to discuss, promote, and disseminate best practices for firms of all sizes; especially small and solo practitioners. Topics will initially be drawn from Members – their needs will guide the committee’s direction. Overall, we anticipate that topics will include hardware, software, blogs and social media accounts, courthouse technology, eFiling, eRecording, and other evolving practices. We anticipate seeking input and participation from the Bench (i.e. new courthouse) as well as the Circuit Court Clerk and County Recorder. Finally, we want to be as innovative in our own practices: including remote meetings using tools such as Zoom and GoToMeeting.
The Law Practice Management Committee meets as needed.
