About The Criminal Committee
The Criminal Committee works for a system of criminal justice that fairly protects the accused, the accuser, and the public in general; to promote professional excellence among judges, prosecutors, defense counsel and administrative officials in all phases of criminal court, traffic court, and motor vehicle administrative proceedings through the presentation of continuing legal education programs, seminars and other appropriate channels of communication promoting and highlighting developments in the law.
