The Will County Bar Association offers many Benefits to its members including FREE continuing educational programs with certification, fellowship among members through regularly scheduled social outings and special events including; Red Mass and our Annual Golf Outing, email newsletters with articles concerning procedural or substantial issues in the practice of law and other areas of legal interest, and a mentoring program that helps match experienced attorneys with new attorneys.

Affiliate Memberships
Affiliate Membership is open to any non-attorney integrally involved in the legal community. Others who do not directly fall under this category are invited to apply, based on the sole discretion of the board.
Those interested are asked to submit an application along with a check for $100.00.

Student Memberships
The WCBA offers law school students the ability to become student members of our organization, which will entitle them to a subscription to our email newsletter; the ability to participate in scheduled Bar activities; and the ability to network with our nearly 500 members.
A student needs to complete a copy of the form below in order to secure membership and also send their contact information included to receive our email newsletter.

Lawyer Referral Program Memberships
The purpose of the Lawyer Referral Service is to assist the general public by providing a way in which any person who can afford to pay a reasonable fee for legal services may be referred to a qualified member of the bar. Referrals will be made to a participant-member of the Service based on proximity to the requestor on a rotating basis upon the agreement of such person to pay an initial fee of $15.00 provided the initial consultation does not exceed one-half hour.

CONTINUING EDUCATION SEMINARS
The Will County Bar Association is a proud accredited provider. The seminars are always FREE to our members and are sponsored by the various committees within the WCBA.
LAWYER REFERRAL SERVICE
The purpose of the Lawyer Referral Service is to assist the general public by providing a way in which any person who can afford to pay a reasonable fee for legal services may be referred to a qualified member of the bar.

SOCIAL PROGRAMS
The WCBA seeks to provide entertainment as well as spirit of fellowship among members through regularly scheduled social or special events, such as the Red Mass and Golf Outing.
COMMITTEES
The WCBA maintains a number of committees that provide useful services such as CLE seminars, rule proposals, participation in the judicial poll and this website. Members of the Will County Bar are urged to join a committee as participation from all committees and their members are very important to the growth of our association and other WCBA members.
COMMUNICATION
We provide timely communication with our members through our email newsletter, which is sent approximately twice a month. Members can also submit articles concerning procedural or substantive issues in the practice of law or other areas of legal interest to: info@willcountybar.org.
MENTOR PROGRAM
In conjunction with the IL Supreme Court Commission on Professionalism, the WCBA offers a mentoring program matching experienced attorneys with new attorneys.
