By submitting your resume to the Will County Bar Association (WCBA), you acknowledge and agree that your resume and the information contained therein will be made available to WCBA members only for the purpose of reviewing candidates for potential internships or other employment opportunities. Submission of your resume does not constitute an offer of employment, and the WCBA does not guarantee interviews, placements, or employment. The WCBA does not endorse or screen candidate or member employers and is not responsible for communications, hiring decisions, or employment relationships that may result. Applicants are solely responsible for the content of their submissions and should not include proprietary, sensitive, or confidential information, including but not limited to Social Security numbers, financial information, or personal identifying data not appropriate for professional sharing.

The WCBA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove any resume or application materials at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to content that is inappropriate, incomplete, or inconsistent with the purpose of the portal. All resumes and application materials will remain in the portal for a maximum of six (6) months, after which they will be removed without notice.
